Integrated Team

Our integrated team brings together a variety of partners to work with our staff on strategies that would support young people.  The team comprises of a number of professionals for example,  Police, Health and Social Care and Educational Psychology.

The team meets regularly to discuss concerns about young people such as low attendance at school and agree strategies for support.  During this meeting the requirement for a co-ordinated support plan (CSP) will also be considered.
